Discipline, self control and a resilient mindset, the
ability to adapt under challenging situations and having
the mental toughness to out work the competition in every
way everyday until the last play... |

How will you separate
yourself from the competition? |

Last Play
Training approach to strength & condition is a no
non-sense, no gimmicks performance driven training.
Last Play Training program joins young athletes
with former and current professional athletes conducting
sports clinics promoting self-esteem, discipline, teamwork
and the pursuit of education. With Last Play
training each week will include an educational
symposium aimed at assisting athletes with their
transition through high school, university and beyond. At
Last Play training we pride ourselves on helping
our athletes obtain their goals by providing them with the
latest training and mentorship techniques that are proven
to get results.
If athletes have the willingness to work hard in order to
take their skills and game to the next level, Last Play
Training “No Days Off” work ethic will take them
there.
Also at Last Play
Training we want to prepare athletes to be upper
echelon individuals, by preparing them for life whether
it’s in the athletic realm or the business world.
Through our program each participant will gain full
awareness of what it takes to become a successful
student-athlete with two specific elements, character
development and sport specific training.
Last Play Training will provide athletes with the
tools needed to conduct themselves in the public eye and
making the correct decisions versus the norm.

Essentially there are “No Days Off” in life or athletics.
You have to work hard in the off-season to make sure you
are more prepared than your opposition to solidify your
position. Better yet, to be more prepared than your
opponent on and off the field or court. Whether you’re on
or off the field or court you still have to exemplify
leadership because you’re in the public’s eye.
We want to see our athlete’s take there careers to the
Last Play whether it be to college, the professional
ranks or the business world. Last Play Training
wants you to be prepared when you arrive for camp ready to
compete, well conditioned and strong. By providing camps
for teams and individuals we want to help you obtain your
goals. Last Play target audience is not tied solely
to the star athlete, but the greater multitude of
individuals who are sport stars in their own right.
Last Play hopes to inspire the youngster who counts
down an imagery game clock in his mind before making the
Last Play. Last Play strives to inspire its
members to “Fight to the End” as if each moment of their
athlete activity where the closing moments of a game with
the outcome on the line.
We offer Combine prep, High School camps, off-season
training for all levels. High School and College athletes
will have public appearances set up to work on public
speaking and interacting with the public.
Last Play Training will provide High School camps
in the following cities.

Working with Jeremy and Last Play Training
during my off season to get ready for the NFL,
he helped me with my explosiveness and my
balance. He showed me different ways to work on
different muscles that fitted my needs. Working
hard to get over my knee surgery, Jeremy and
Last Play Training also helped me strengthen the
muscles around my knee to make my legs stronger.

To my Dear
Friend and personal trainer Jeremy and
Last Play Training.
In life you never know who you are going
to meet that can impact your life for many
years. Jeremy, having the chance to be
your friend and the opportunity the
workout with you while I was attending
school in Fresno State, impacted my
athletic journey in so many great ways.
You pushed me hard during all of the times
spent working out indoor and outdoor, in
good or bad weather. Last Play Training’s
dedication and commitment to success and
hard work did not only shaped my body and
helped me improve my game, but also
enhanced my work ethic and my dedication
to be successful in life. Working out with
Last Play Training was the beginning of a
great path to success. I'm looking forward
to each and every summer to repeat it
again even when I make it to the
professional ranks.
Last Play
Training, thank you for your time,
commitment and support on improving my
athletic performance.
Gob Bless You
Sincerely

Jeremy
and Last Play Training trained me
two days a week in the off-season for
football. I am a freshman at Fresno
City junior college and play inside
line backer. Last Play Training
technique’s increased my cutting
ability, my 40 yard dash speed, and
my reaction time. I attribute there
training and my willingness to work
hard for the reason I am a starting
freshman at line backer. I thank
Last Play Training for there time
and expertise.

LAST
PLAY TRAINING put me back in the
game; I’m a 37 year old veteran and
was out of the game for several
years, I wanted to return to
professional sports. Upon returning
I needed to get in top shape. So I
contacted Last Play Training to get
me ready for the ABA 2008 - 2009
season. Conditioning was a problem
with me since I had been out of the
game for a while. Jeremy and Last
Play Training help build what I had
lost back, a new repore with what a
professional trainer can do for you.
The work outs were intense from time
to time but each day I got through
them. As time and weeks went on I
grew stronger and stronger by the
minute, Not only did I get stronger
physically in the gym, but also
mentally with Lifestyle Coaching as
well, which grew into a lasting
relationship with Last Play
Training.
Last Play Training I thank you and I
appreciate you for your hard work
and tolerance of me, thank you I say
again

One of the
things I enjoyed the most about Last Play
training was the motivation given, and how
no matter how much we lagged, or even cut
corners, you guys never gave up on us and
let it go easy. You guys pushed us to our
peak and instilled a sense of drive into
our body's to never give up. Another piece
that was very enriching were the "Words Of
The Day" that really broke down what we
were doing and made us think that
everything you do in sports reflects on
your personality in everyday life.

"No days
off", this quote is a quote I will live by
for the rest of my life! I will remember
the teachings that have been taught to me
in the past couple of days, and will carry
them with me forever!

Last play
training was hard but I know it will do
wonders for my sports career. It was fun
training with young trainers and people
who are the same age as you. I liked how
it tested my limits and pushed me to
exceed my limitations. What I most enjoyed
was how the trainers helped everyone
perform the activities the proper way.

ALYSA GRACI |

Elysa
Graci is 23 years old and was raised in Etobicoke.
She has been playing soccer her whole life and
started to gain interest in long-distance running
five years ago. This was when Elysa was recovering
from ACL reconstructive knee surgery, and was unable
to play soccer for a year. She decided to make the
best of her downtime and start building up her
cardio with biking, which progressed to running.
Running became a part of her life and now she
competes in mostly 10km races, her personal best
being 46min & 37sec. “My major knee injury was a
setback; however it ended up being a blessing in
disguise. I was introduced to running, and I became
more motivated and excited to get back into soccer.
It also introduced me to the world of Athletic
Therapy as I am now practicing to be a Certified AT,
with the hopes of someday opening up my own Sport
Injury Rehabilitation Clinic.”
The lesson Elysa gained from this experience:
“Everything happens for a reason. You should always
make the best out of your situation and push
yourself to achieve your full potential. Never be
afraid of your abilities because you never know
unless you try.” |
